This Privacy Policy explains how the application operated by STUDIO NINEDRAGON (“we,” “us,” the “Application”) handles data when it accesses Google and YouTube API Services. The Application is a private tool used solely by us to upload and schedule our own original videos to our own YouTube channels. It is not distributed to, or used by, the public.

1. Who we are

STUDIO NINEDRAGON is an independent creator of original sleep, relaxation, and focus audio. You can reach us at studioninedragon@gmail.com.

2. What the Application does

The Application uploads video files and their thumbnails that we have created, and schedules their publication, to YouTube channels that we own and control. To do this it uses the YouTube Data API v3 and requests a single authorization scope:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — to upload our own videos and set their thumbnails.

The Application calls only the API methods needed for this purpose (uploading videos and setting thumbnails). It does not request read access to, and does not retrieve, analytics, comments, subscriber data, or any personal information about viewers or any other users.

3. Google user data we access

The only Google user data involved is the OAuth authorization that allows the Application to upload to our own YouTube channels. We authorize the Application using our own Google accounts, which own the channels. The Application does not access, collect, or process the Google user data of any other person.

4. How we use and store data

• OAuth credentials (access and refresh tokens) are stored locally, on our own computer, and are used only to authenticate our uploads.
• Credentials and video metadata are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
• The Application runs locally and does not transmit Google user data to any external server operated by us or by others.
• We retain credentials only for as long as we operate the channels. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), after which the stored tokens no longer function and are deleted.

5. Data sharing

We do not share Google user data with any third party. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it except as required to provide the upload functionality described above (i.e., directly to the YouTube API).

6. Limited use

The Application’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the access solely to upload and manage our own content on our own channels, and for no other purpose.

7. YouTube API Services

The Application uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing it, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information handled by YouTube and Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Visitors to this website

This website is informational only. It does not use cookies for tracking and does not collect personal information from visitors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
